Where is your office?

I am located at 7370 Hodgson Memorial Drive in Savannah, suite C-1.

What are your hours?

I am available during weekdays from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. I have Saturday hours as well

How long are sessions?

Sessions are the standard 50-minute therapy hour.

What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

Sessions are scheduled in advance, at a time that is convenient for both of us. I send a text reminder the day before an appointment to all clients who wish to receive them. If you occasionally need to respond to that text that the appointment needs to be rescheduled, I can understand. I also understand that clients can get sick at the last minute. Notice of cancellation is requested 24 hours before your appointment. There is a charge for late cancellation and missed appointment.

My clients are top priority for me. I almost always start sessions on time and end on time out of respect for my clients’ time. I take great care to keep our appointments; I ask my clients to make our sessions a high priority.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I am on some insurance panels. Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tri-Care, Aetna, and Memorial Health Care Systems.

How do I make an appointment?

Call, text or email me. If I am with a client, please leave a message with your name and phone number. I will return your call.

When I return your call, we will either have the free phone consultation at that time or set up a time that is convenient for you. I’ll ask you a few questions about what is going on and the goals you have for therapy. You will ask questions of me. After determining that we are a good fit, we will schedule an appointment.

I’m an accomplished professional person. My life is a success. Shouldn’t I be able to solve my own problems?

I know many successful people who are current and past clients. They are very successful and know what it takes to make it in their chosen career field. They come to fear because of internal problems.

I have this success, but I still don’t feel good enough. People at work know me as tough and fair–they would be surprised how poorly I am managing my relationships at home.

It’s difficult to see yourself as others see you. Let’s start your therapeutic journey!
